Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the public website skusight.in. Use of the SKUsight platform by a customer is governed by a written commercial agreement. If the two conflict, the customer agreement wins for that engagement.

SKUsight is an intelligence layer for consumer brands: DataHub, SKU matching, channel modules, Inventory360, and separately billed capabilities such as AI Chat. Public pages describe product direction honestly. Demo charts and walkthroughs on this website are labelled examples, not a live connection to a customer database.

The portal is invite-only. Named users sign in with Microsoft Entra ID. There is no public self-serve sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your Microsoft account secure and for use under the roles your administrator assigns.

Operational files and reports you load into SKUsight remain your data. We process them to deliver the service. We do not sell them. Return or deletion at the end of an engagement follows the customer contract.

Do not probe, scrape, or overload the site; do not share invite links with people who are not authorised; do not upload data you have no right to process. We may suspend access that threatens other customers or the service.

There is no public rate card. Platform fees, AI Chat, and assessments are scoped in writing. Website CTAs start a conversation — they are not an offer to the world at a list price.

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential, with the usual exceptions for law, auditors, and information already public.

SKUsight owns the platform, site, and original marks we publish. Channel logos on the site identify ingest sources and are trademarks of their owners. You keep ownership of your data and your brand assets.

The public website is provided as-is for information. Platform warranties, uptime, and support levels — if any — are only those written in the customer agreement. We do not warrant that example charts on this site reflect any live account.

Liability for the paid service is limited as set out in the customer agreement. SKUsight is not liable for decisions a visitor makes solely from public marketing pages.

You may stop using the website at any time. Portal access ends when the customer agreement ends or when we revoke an invite for cause.

These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bengaluru. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a customer agreement specifies otherwise for that contract.

We may update these terms by posting a new effective date on this page. Continued use of the website after that date is acceptance of the update.
