SKUsight operates skusight.in and an invite-only intelligence platform for consumer brands. For privacy requests, write to support@skusight.in.

This page describes personal data processed through the public website (forms, assessment requests, cookies needed to run the site) and through Microsoft Entra sign-in for named users of the portal.

Customer operational data — sell-out files, stock, invoices — is processed to deliver the contracted service. That data is governed by the customer agreement, not by this public summary.

Depending on how you use SKUsight, we may process:

• Business contact details (name, work email, company, role, phone).
• Account identifiers from Microsoft Entra ID for invited users.
• Support tickets, assessment notes, and similar correspondence.
• Technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) needed to secure the service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not buy marketing lists for this site.

We process personal data to respond to sales and assessment requests, operate the invite-only portal, secure accounts, and meet legal duties. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), we rely on consent where we collect website enquiries, and on the legitimate need to perform a contract or provide the service once a commercial relationship exists.

SKUsight acts as a data processor for customer operational datasets and as a data fiduciary for website and account contact data we control.

We share personal data with subprocessors that host email, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft identity — only as needed to run SKUsight. We do not share contact data with unnamed “partners” for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if required by applicable law or a competent authority.

Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable period afterward for audit. Portal accounts last for the life of the customer contract, then follow the deletion or return terms in that contract.

Access is invite-only with Microsoft Entra SSO and role-based permissions. The public site and portal are served over HTTPS. See Security for what we can honestly say today. We do not claim ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar certifications on this website.

You may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for website marketing contact. Use the email above. Some requests may be limited where we must keep records for law or dispute.

If you are an employee of a SKUsight customer, operational data about your company is handled under that customer's agreement; we will route the request accordingly.

Infrastructure and subprocessors may process data in the regions required to run Microsoft identity and hosting. We will describe locations in the customer contract where they matter to the engagement.

We use cookies and similar storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to run the site. We do not run a third-party advertising pixel network on skusight.in.

SKUsight is a business service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We will update the effective date when this page changes. Material changes to how we handle personal data will be reflected here and, where required, in customer notices.
