A useful diagnostic starts small.

  1. Discovery: your problem, locations and source systems.
  2. Data readiness: approved exports, mapping and quality checks.
  3. Diagnostic: baseline stock cover and potential exceptions.
  4. Controlled pilot: action review and agreed outcome measures.
  5. Production: expand after evaluating the evidence.

Prepare the minimum data.

  • Products: SKU code, name, pack, selling price.
  • Locations: code, type and region.
  • Sales: date, SKU, location and quantity.
  • Inventory: snapshot date, SKU, location and available units.
  • Inbound: SKU, destination, quantity and expected arrival.

Use one row per SKU/location snapshot. Quantities must be non-negative numbers in a consistent base unit.

No confidential files are uploaded on this public page. Submit your scope first; the team will agree an appropriate data-sharing channel, permissions and retention. Consumer names, phone numbers and addresses are not needed for this inventory diagnostic.
