Out of Home

This is
The OOH operating picture from factory to outlet on one SKU identity.
This is not
Not supermarket scanner retail and not a hotel PMS.
- Follow sell-in versus sell-out through the distributor
- See assortment and velocity by outlet class
- Add bookings, NPD, or commercial P&L only when scoped
- Keep Halo on the same Axiom tables as the reports

Glossary on this page
Words this module uses
- Out of Home
- Hotels, restaurants, cafes, canteens — consumption away from home.
- Sell-in
- What you billed the foodservice distributor or operator.
- Sell-out
- What left the outlet or secondary — when the operator shares it.
Out of Home is a product, not a leftover channel tile. Volume moves factory → distributor → outlet. The reports follow that path.
Core pack: sell-in, sell-out where you have it, distributor flow, outlet coverage. Bookings, NPD, and P&L are add-ins — written into the order, not implied.
Axiom holds ax_party, ax_bookings, ax_pnl, and ax_npd when those add-ins are live. Halo is not bundled; it reads the same model if you buy the seat.
How this differs
Not the same module twice
vs Retail Enterprise
OOH is outlet and distributor flow. Enterprise is retail doors and DCs.
Open Retail Enterprisevs Retail Execution
Execution is a retail sales pack. OOH is foodservice movement and coverage.
Open Retail Execution

Week 2
Health & mapping

Week 3
Opportunities
Availability, leakage, mix, and coverage exceptions on your own SKUs — the operating picture your teams will actually use.
Week 4
Insights & executive report
Diagnostic and predictive framing, plus a leadership pack. If you convert to a full contract, the assessment fee is credited back — in writing.
