Illustrative framework · not a customer story

How a SKUsight story will be told

This page is a template for future, permissioned case studies. It uses a generic situation any packaged-goods team would recognise. It does not name a brand, invent a quote, or fill results with fake percentages.

Example framework only. Not a SKUsight customer. Not audited results.

Situation

A mid-size packaged-foods brand, several channels, no single SKU identity

Modern trade, general trade, two marketplaces, and a distributor network each arrive as a different file. Head office, supply, and finance reconcile in spreadsheets. Empty shelves and overstock are visible only after the week closes. The brand is unnamed because this is a pattern, not a testimonial.

Solution

DataHub, matching, Inventory360, role-based reports — AI Chat where contracted

Connect retailer, marketplace, distributor, and ERP feeds. Match SKUs. Score data health. Publish reports for HO, supply, and field. If the brand buys AI Chat as a premium layer, questions like “why were sales low this week?” are answered on governed facts — not on a public chatbot.

Results

  • Availability improvement — to be published with a named customer
  • Time-to-trusted-number — to be published with a named customer
  • Leakage or ageing recovered — to be published with a named customer

Favourite insight

Reserved for a finding a real operator would recognise — for example, that leakage sat between billed sell-in and secondary movement, not in the store. We will fill this only when a customer agrees to the wording.

Quote

Quotes will appear here when a customer agrees to speak on the record. Until then this box stays empty of invented names.
